Dhliwayo replaces Chinguno as Zanu-PF Manicaland youth chair

Zanu-PF national youth secretary for production and labour Betty Dhliwayo has been appointed acting Manicaland youth chairperson, following the suspension of Mubuso Chinguno.
Speaking at a provincial executive meeting in Mutare yesterday, Dhliwayo called for unity among members of the executive as investigations into Chinguno's alleged shenanigans continue.
She also expressed concern at factionalism that has crept into the party.
