A political commentator Obert Mundevere has warned that for the opposition to keep on debating about Zanu PF activities will weaken their resolve to change Zimbabwe for the better.
"Spending too much time debating what Zanu PF is doing will only help to weaken and limit our positive energies as a people and as Opposition
Zanu PF might even be making very controversial appointments and decisions to divert opposition focus from campaigning and mobilizing the electorate while they are rebuilding their party which we all know is in trouble right now," he said.
"Yes, I agree its important to know and understand what they are doing but I think its counter-productive to the Opposition to spend too much time debating Zanu PF activities. It's about time all the Opposition sit on a round table and decide who's the best candidate to stand against a Zanu candidate be it military or the thieves and criminals we know from 1980. Some Constituencies are theirs, don't spend too much time on them, just disturb and frustrate them there. Remember this Lacoste government doesn't have Thinkers anymore, they rely on military tanks and violence. They have no Plan B."
He said united as Opposition we stand.
"Midlands and Matebeleland is no threat, let's focus in Mashonaland villages where villagers still vote for 2kg sugar once every 5 years. G40 will be on the side of the Opposition, why worry bafowethu??" he said.
