Zanu-PF supporter disrupts a school development committee meeting

Remigio Matangira, a Zanu-PF supporter today disrupted a School Development Committee (SDC) general meeting at Chireka Primary School, Mashonaland Central claiming that Zanu-PF members could not attend the same gathering as they were having a DCC meeting in a neighbouring ward.
Councillor for Ward 9, Shepherd Kahari who was elected on an MDC ticket said the meeting was supposed to start at 1100 hours and when he arrived at the school he was told by Mr Munemo, the school head the meeting had been cancelled following instructions from Matangira.
The Zanu PF member is notorious for victimising villagers in Bindura.
The headmaster then referred Councillor Kahari to SDC chairperson, Richard Mandizha who confirmed that Matangira had ordered all parents not to attend the meeting or do so at their own peril.
Today's meeting was supposed to elect a new SDC and Matangira wants Zanu-PF supporters to elected into the new committee.
