ASPIRING Zanu PF MP for Mt Darwin South constituency businessman James Makamba has been disqualified from contesting in the party primary elections expected to take place this Saturday.
According to NewZimbabwe.com, Makamba's name was in the final list of 19 aspiring candidates announced last Saturday by the party's national election commission chairperson Engelbert Rugeje.
Zanu PF Mashonaland Central provincial chairperson Kazembe Kazembe confirmed the latest development, saying Makamba does not meet the criteria.
