A 2018 election campaign billboard for Zanu-PF promising affordable 'ELECTRICTY' for all has gone viral on social media.
Some Zimbabweans have questioned if the ruling party is really going to deliver affordable electricity since the billboard reads 'ELECTRICTY'.
