Vote rigging at army barracks worse compared to Ross camp incident, says Jonathan Moyo

Former Zanu-PF spin-doctor professor Jonathan Moyo has said the vote rigging incident which was caught on camera at Ross camp police station in Bulawayo on Thursday was not an isolated incident.
Moyo said the scam by state security organs is nationwide and includes the "Army barracks where it was worse."
The professor tweeted:
"More shocking evidence of the postal ballot scam at ZRP Ross Camp which has left #ZEC with zero credibility & exposed rigging by state security organs at the best of the Military. Ross camp incident is not isolated. Scam was nationwide & included Army barracks where it was worse!"
Moyo said the scam by state security organs is nationwide and includes the "Army barracks where it was worse."
