WATCH: Mnangagwa to hand over power

President Emmerson Mnangagwa on Carte Blanche assured Zimbabweans that if he wins the 2018 election he will respect the two-term limit in the constitution.

Mnangagwa said in the event that Zanu-PF loses he will smoothly hand over power to the victorious party.
