Zanu-PF thanks Wimbo's church

Zanu-PF has thanked Vadzidzi VaJesu apostolic sect for praying for the nation and helping the party attain victory in last week's elections.
This came out during a memorial service for Aaron Mhukuta Gomo commonly known as Mudzidzi Wimbo at the Zimbabwe Centre Africa headquarters in Goora, Shamva.
Addressing relatives and congregates, Zanu-PF Politburo member, Monica Mavhunga extended President Emmerson Mnangagwa's gratitude to the church for praying for the nation and continuously supporting Zanu-PF.
"I have been sent by our President to thank you for supporting Zanu-PF," she said.
Vadzidzi VaJesu apostolic sect Secretary, Shepherd Chingwena said the church will uphold the legacy left by Mudzidzi Wimbo.
A memorial building is under construction over Mudzidzi Wimbo's grave in line with the instructions he left.
Mudzidzi Wimbo who led the apostolic sect from 1987 succumbed to pneumonia on 11 July 2018.
He was an instrumental prophet who made key prophesies about Zimbabwe's leaders which came to pass.
