Exiled former Zanu-PF spin doctor Professor Jonathan Moyo has said it would be irrational and against international law for Zambia to deport feeling MDC Alliance principal Tendai Biti back to a government that kills its own people.
"One thing should be crystal clear. It would be irrational & against international law to deport an asylum seeker back to a country whose government deploys its soldiers to shoot in the back unarmed & fleeing civilians--murdering them in cold blood; as happened in Harare on 1 Aug!," reads Moyo's tweet.
