Zanu-PF supporters block recruitment of youths for not possessing Zanu-PF cards

Zanu-PF supporters in Gokwe, Midlands today [Wednesday] blocked the employment of youths by cotton companies in the district for not possessing Zanu-PF membership cards.
Several cotton companies in Gokwe and surrounding areas are recruiting casual workers, buyers and clerks ahead of the cotton marketing season.
The Zanu-PF members are led by district co-ordinating committee chairperson, Fibion Mutadzi and his deputy Claudius Feya, self styled war veteran Kudiwa Machekera and youth leader Machona Kufazvineyi.
Some of the companies that have been affected are; Cottco, Cargil, Sino Zimbabwe and Gravax.
The overzealous Zanu PF officials have also written letters to all school heads in the district that they should not recruit temporary teachers who do not have Zanu-PF membership cards.
