WATCH: MDC supporters boo Elias Mudzuri

Thousands of MDC supporters on Thursday booed Vice President Engineer Elias Mudzuri off the stage on Thursday at a rally held at the Africa Unity square in Harare.
Mudzuri was called by the master of ceremony Amos Chibaya to give greet the masses ahead of the address by party President Nelson Chamisa. When Mudzuri held the microphone he was welcomed by a loud booing and screams that he must go.
Chibaya had to save the day by taking over and started singing MDC songs to change the mood of the supporters.
Senator Elias Mudzuri is accused of participating at a State House function where Parliament Presiding Officers were presented to President Emmerson Mnangagwa.
Senator Mudzi is the leader of the opposition in the Senate, hence his attendance.
In a video clip that went viral, MDC officials who included Murisi Zwizwai and Charlton Hwende, among others, queried why Mudzuri went to State House, saying to him it was tantamount to endorsing President Mnangagwa.
