MDC T acting leader Thokozani Khupe was sworn in on Wednesday as a Member of Parliament and assumed the title Leader of opposition since she is the senior opposition member in parliament.
She was sworn in together with about 13 members of her party including her spokesperson Khaliphani Phugeni.
The swearing-in comes after a court interdict was filed to bar her from being sworn in, however, her spokesperson Phugeni said Court challenge is child's play.
