Zim Police warn the public not to attend MDC rally

Police spokesman, Sergeant Tapiwa Chivende on Friday said law enforcement
agents will be on alert and those [MDC supporters] who will defy the order will arrested .
The warning by the police follows media reports that the MDC-T party is proposing to defy a police directive to stop the political rally.
"There have been some media reports that there is going to be an MDC-T rally at the Glamis stadium on Saturday 19 March 2011. Zimbabwe is enjoying peace, hence there is no need to hold a peace rally…," said Sergeant Chivende.
