The revolutionary party leader said indigenisation is meant to prevent flight of capital from the country and urged Zimbabweans to form enterprises that will receive government support.

He also slammed corruption by MDC-T councillors. President Mugabe castigated promiscuous behaviour and said such people should not lead the people.
