On the eve of Zimbabwe's fiercely contested presidential elections, President Robert Mugabe's rivals handed to regional election observers what they claimed was documentary evidence of his plans to rig the vote.
Allies of MDC leader Morgan Tsvangirai, the man vying to end Mugabe's 33-year rule, presented a sample list of around 125 duplicate or questionable voters on the electoral roll to observers from the Southern African Development Community.
