20 Zanu-PF officials were yesterday reportedly found in possession of voter registration slips in Hatfield, Harare.

MDC-T secretary-general Tendai Biti told a Press conference in the capital yesterday that the party's House of Assembly candidate Tapiwa Mashakada had bust the alleged massive electoral fraud and reported the matter to the police.

The matter had been reported to the police under case number OB10939/13.

ZEC deputy chairperson Joyce Kazembe confirmed the incident of voter registration slips at a Press conference last night.

The Zimbabwe Electoral Commission on Tuesday conceded the voter's roll was in a mess, but said it was now too late to do anything about it before elections yesterday.

ZEC officials made the admission during a charged meeting with members of the multi-party liaison committee at the commission's headquarters in Harare.

Journalists attended the meeting by invitation but were asked to leave when the meeting got heated up.

Meanwhile, MDC-T leader PM Morgan Tsvangirai yesterday cast his ballot at Mt Pleasant High School in Harare where he said he was confident he would beat his archrival Zanu-PF's President Mugabe to become the next President of Zimbabwe.

Tsvangirai, who was accompanied by his wife Elizabeth Macheka said he had a lot of "unfinished" government business which he wanted to complete "when" re-elected.
