ZCTU warns new Zanu-PF government

Zimbabwe Congress of Trade Unions has warned the incoming Zanu-PF government of labour unrest if it ignores the concerns of the workers.

Addressing delegates who attended an International Labour Standards for Trade Unions at Troutbeck Hotel in Nyanga yesterday, ZCTU secretary-general Japhet Moyo said his organisation would take the revolutionary party head-on if it fails to meet the demands of workers.

ZCTU is demanding Poverty Datum Line-linked salaries while also pushing for the finalisation of labour law reforms.
