The Minister of Media, Information and Broadcasting Services, Professor Jonathan Moyo says the utterance by MDC-T Leader, Morgan Tsvangirai that the Zanu-PF government used his party to revive the economy is a speech by a worried person.
Speaking on the sidelines of a Zanu-PF Provincial Committee meeting in Lupane, Professor Moyo said the MDC-T Leader's speech which also criticise the 2014 national budget contradict with what his Members of Parliament said in the house.
He said those with anything useful must use a proper platform to say it.
Professor Moyo said it is wrong for the media to call Mr Tsvangirai's speech a state of the nation address as that is a reservation for President Robert Mugabe only not Tsvangirai who was rejected by the people in the July elections.
