The Zanu-PF Secretary for Administration, Didymus Mutasa, has called on party cadres to accept constructive criticism which he says can help the party to improve.
Mutasa was addressing delegates attending the first provincial co-ordinating committee meeting of 2014 at Hakamela in Chiredzi.
He condemned factionalism within the Zanu-PF and urged party members to concentrate on developmental issues.
He, however, said constructive criticism is necessary as it helps the party realise its shortcomings and do better.
Mutasa also encouraged party members to channel their efforts to towards aligning the party's operations with the country's economic blue print, the Zimbabwe Agenda for Sustainable Socio-Economic Transformation, ZIM ASSET.
The Zanu PF provincial chairman for Masvingo province, Callisto Gwanetsa, also told delegates that besides rebuilding, the party is also working for the country's economic development.
The provincial conference ran under the theme: "Growing the Economy for Empowerment" and was attended by Politburo members Dzikamai Mavhaire, Nelson Mawema, Kudakwashe Bhasikiti as well as the national commissar, Webster Shamu, among others.
