Zanu-PF readies for December congress

The Zanu PF National Chairman, Ambassador Simon Khaya Moyo says the preparations for this year's congress to be held in December begin next month with the youth league and women's conferences.
Ambassador SK Moyo announced that the youth league conference will be held from the 7th to the 10th of next month at the City Sports Centre in Harare.
The youth conference will be held under the theme: ‘ZIM ASSET: Growing the Economy for Youth Empowerment and Employment.'
The women's league conference will be held from the 20th to the 23rd of August under the theme: ‘ZIM ASSET: Leading Women to Empowerment and Employment.'
The agenda and programme of the conferences have been approved by the politburo and a total of 4000 delegates will attend both conferences.
Accreditation of members will be carried out in the provinces except the media, politburo members, foreign and local guests who will be accredited at the party headquarters in Harare.
The two conferences are elective and the politburo has approved the guidelines for the selection of aspiring candidates.
