Zanu-PF youths accused of murder apply for discharge

Two Zanu PF youths charges of allegedly murdering an MDC activist in Mudzi district, two years ago, have applied for discharge at the High Court in Harare.

David Chimukoko and Graciano Kazingizi applied for discharge before High Court judge, Joseph Musakwa, for the murder accusations they are facing to be dropped.

Judgement for discharge was postponed to a date yet to be advised.
