China vows support for Zimbabwe

Chinese Premier Li Keqiang has promised visiting Zimbabwean President Robert Mugabe that China will continue to support the development of Zimbabwe and Africa as a whole.
Li said China would transfer technologies adapted to Zimbabwe, help it increase food supply, promote poverty reduction and construct infrastructure and cooperate on personnel training to boost the country's production and national development.
He also expressed willingness to consolidate political mutual trust with Zimbabwe.
Mugabe thanked China for support and pledged to continue to strengthen the two countries mutual trust and friendship.
