'Chidyausiku office break- in due to Zanu-PF factional fights'

The Lovemore Madhuku-led National Constitutional Assembly (NCA) has sensationally attributed the break in and theft that occurred at Chief Justice Godfrey Chidyausiku's office in Harare on Monday to Zanu-PF factional fights.

NCA in a statement yesterday said it had received reliable in formation citing senior Zanu-PF members as behind the alleged break-in where a computer and television set were stolen.

The NCA said it was disturbing that the alleged burglary had taken place in a highly-secured area which also houses other strategic and important State buildings like the government's seat- Munhumutapa Building, New Government Complex and the Civil Court.
