Zanu-PF MP slapped with $5million lawsuit

Kwekwe Central MP Masango Matambanadzo (Zanu-PF) and his bodyguard have been slapped with a $5million lawsuit by Marko Msipa.

The lawsuit which was filed at the Bulawayo High Court stem from a case in which Marko Msipa who is also a Zanu-PF member accused Matambanadzo and his bodyguard, Burden Mawire, of assaulting him and leaving him hospitalised for days.

Msipa is now seeking compensation for permanent blindness and pain and suffering he endure as a result of the attack.
