Senior Zanu-PF official dies

Zanu-PF Director for Indigenisation and Economic Empowerment, Kurai Prosper Masenyama, has died.

In a statement, the party's Deputy Director for Information and Publicity, Psychology Maziwisa said the revolutionary party is deeply saddened by the death of Masenyama.

Maziwisa described Masenyama as a young man of exceptional capacity, a fine writer and a courageous cadre who was not afraid to defend the party and its people-oriented policies.

"He contributed immensely to the party's indigenisation and empowerment drive and so to our historic victory in the elections of 2013," said Maziwisa.
