Zanu PF youths from Harare South constituency have demonstrated against kombi drivers after they beat to death one of the party members.
The demonstrations follow the death of Tapiwa Chibvunza after he was beaten up by a commuter omnibus crew.
Tapiwa was beaten on his way from the airport where he had joined thousands other Zanu PF supporters to welcome the President from Ethiopia.
Zanu PF youth chairperson for Harare province Godwin Gomwe called on the law enforcement agents to deal with these criminals.
Harare South legislator Shadreck Mashayamombe called for the law to take its course on the perpetrators of violence.
Chibvunza (28) was allegedly assaulted by a commuter omnibus crew after a dispute over change before his body was dragged and dumped by the road side.
Chibvunza is survived by his wife Mary Tsomondo and a five month old baby.
