Matambanadzo is accused of disrupting party meetings, holding unsanctioned meetings and inciting violence against senior members of the party. He is also accused of making derogatory and defamatory statements against senior party officials.
He is also charged with contravening Article 3 Section 18 (5) of the party constitution as well as failing to attend provincial coordinating committee meetings.
Matambanadzo was scheduled to appear for the hearing last Friday but he requested for more time to prepare a defence case over the allegations levelled against him.
