Zanu-PF MP dies

ZANU-PF Mudzi West House of Assembly representative Acquillina Katsande has died.
Katsande died at West End Hospital in Harare after a long battle with kidney and heart ailments.
Katsande's son George Katsande confirmed the death of his mother last night, and said she would be buried in Mudzi on Monday.
She was as Member of Parliament for Mudzi West from 2005 up to the time of her death.
Katsande was elected Zanu-PF secretary for administration for Mashonaland east in 2008 before taking over as chairperson of the party's Women's League in the province from 2013 to 2014, at which a vote of no confidence was passed on her.
She is survived by 5 children and 12 grandchildren.
