Psychology Maziwisa wins ticket to represent Zanu-PF

Confirmed reports say Psychology Maziwisa has won the ticket to represent Zanu-PF in the Highfield West Constituency by-election set for June 10.
This follows party primary elections held in the constituency this Saturday.
5 Zanu-PF candidates namely Psychology Maziwisa, Emmanuel Juta, Regis Maguva, Norbert Chikumba and Matafi contested in the primary elections.
IN a facebook post confirming that he won, Psychology Maziwisa wrote, "Two weeks ago, I made a daring but faith-filled decision to contest in the Highfield West Constituency primary elections.
For various reasons the odds were enormously stacked against me. But because I serve a faithful God, because my time had come, I'm glad to announce that last night, the improbable happened.
I've got several, amazing testimonies in my life but what happened last night is nothing short of a miracle.
It is no small thing for an underdog to win by over 600 votes.
Thank you Jesus. Thank you Prophet Emmanuel Makandiwa.
Many thanks to everyone who was part of my campaign team- over 300 of you. Most especially, thanks very much indeed to the lovely people of Highfield West. I love you all.
