Zanu-PF supporters ordered to vacate Caledonia farm

A group of Zanu-PF supporters who had invaded a portion of Caledonia farm have been ordered to vacate the piece of land with immediate effect pending the finalisation of the land dispute, High Court has ruled.
Caledonia Enterprise and its owners Paddy Zhanda and Rina Leonie Dutoit obtained an interim order to evict the party supporters who had taken part of the farm.
"Pending the determination of this matter, applicants and all persons claiming lawful occupation through them be and are hereby restored to free undisturbed possession, use occupation and control over Lot1 of Caledonia measuring approximately 297 4369 ha held under Deed of Transfer 8541/96.." read part of the interim order.
