Those who have been suspended will, however, continue to attend parliament.

The politburo also heard a report on the measures being taken by government to implement ZIM ASSET on agriculture, mining and housing in accordance with the resolutions of congress and the 2013 manifesto.

Zanu-PF Secretary for the Commissariat, Saviour Kasukuwere gave a report on the on-gong by-elections saying the party is destined for victory.

The politburo endorsed the candidature of Terrence Mukupe in Harare East and upheld the position that Mavis Gumbo should withdraw from the race.

The party politburo also heard a report from the Secretary for External Relations Simbarashe Mumbengegwi on the President's visits to South Africa, Indonesia, Mali and Botswana.

The National Disciplinary Committee only dealt with six provinces and is yet to finalise on Mashonaland West, Matabeleland North, Matabeleland South and Bulawayo provinces.
