Opposition President call for equal access to power

Progressive Democrats of Zimbabwe-PDZ President Barbara Nyarie Nyagomo who is based in the United Kingdom and his party participated in the just ended June 10 by elections has called for equal access to political and government power to all Zimbabweans regardless of political affiliation amid concerns that the ruling Zanu-PF has maintained power to hook and crook.
"I believe that people must be given equal life opportunities and chances. Our Progressive Democrats of Zimbabwe-PDZ By elections candidates were ordinary people who do extraordinary work in their communities," she said.
"Our political field is littered with cronies and family dynasties, The elite 1% of our population. We must continue to challenge social injustices to make a difference.Our collective efforts can help us to rebuild Zimbabwe.There are good ordinary people in our communities serving people.We must support them to represent their communities in parliament."
Zanu PF has been in power since independence in 1980 amid concerns that President Robert Mugabe and his cronies have been misruling the country leading to the perpertual economic and political crisis rocking the nation.
