Police summon MDC-T Renewal Team official

Police in Harare have reportedly summoned senior MDC Renewal Team official, Last Maengahama, to report at Harare Central Police Station today in connection with wind-up shortwave radio sets confiscated from a non-governmental organization he used to work for.  

Maengahama said he will be presenting himself to the police tomorrow (today) in the company of his lawyer Beatrice Mtetwa.

"Although they are not sure of the actual charge, police officers called him and notified him that they were going to charge him in a case involving wind-up radios reportedly confiscated at an organization he used to work for," the former MDC-T councillor for Glen View said.
