'Sekeramayi Parly attendance record unquestionable'

Parliament yesterday said Defence minister Sydney Sekeramayi has been consistently attending both Houses of Parliament, contrary to a recent report by the Research and Advocacy Unit (RAU) which claimed that the Zanu-PF minister had missed all sittings of the First Session of the 8th Parliament of Zimbabwe.

Clerk of Parliament Kennedy Chokuda said Sekeramayi was a Senator and most of the time, he had attended sittings of the Upper House.

RAU had given Sekeramayi a dismal 0% rating in terms of attendance records at National Assembly sittings.
