Zanu-PF gears for upcoming by-elections

Zanu PF has reached out to the apostolic community in Epworth urging the church to rally behind the revolutionary party as it continues mobilising voters for the September 19 by-election in the constituency.

Zanu-PF candidate Zalera Makari told thousands of congregants at the African Apostolic Church in Epworth to solidly rally behind the party in the upcoming by-election.

Offering her candidature Makari said she is not a lip service politician but one bent on delivering promises and solutions to the electorate.

By-elections in Mbire, Marondera Central and  Epworth will be held on  the 19th of this month.

In Epworth, the by-election will be held to fill the seat left vacant by the death of Amos Midzi in June this year.

Zanu-PF has swept all constituencies on offer in polls held after the 2013 elections.
