Probe launched on teacher who had sex with pupil at lunch time

The Ministry of Education has started probing the teacher at Makwau Secondary School under Chief Ndanga in Zaka who is alleged to have had sex with a pupil at lunch times.
The Provincial Education Director, Zedias Chitiga has confirmed this and said the matter is being thoroughly investigated and the case will be handled fairly.
Allegations are that Tawanda Zinyemba (33), who is an agriculture teacher, had sex with a 15-year old during lunch times.
The pupil would visit the teacher's place on pretext that she would perform some chores.
The matter is also being heard at Masvingo Magistrates' Court.
"As a Ministry, we are going to deal with this matter decisively and we are geared to ensure that fairness prevails," said Chitiga.
