'Zanu-PF youths are not dogs of war'

INDIGENISATION and Youth minister Patrick Zhuwao has warned senior party Zanu-PF officials against using youths as "dogs of war" in the ruling party's endless factional fights.

Addressing a Zanu-PF youth consultative meeting in Mutare on Saturday, Zhuwao vowed to expose party stalwarts unleashing youths as pawns to fight their rivals.

"I'm saying to senior politicians, please don't send these youths, and if you are not sending them rebuke them… But if it continues to recur as you order the youths to maintain your profile picture on their phones, then be warned," he said.
