Zanu-PF moves to address Mash East circus

Zanu-PF national political commissar Saviour Kasukuwere is expected in Marondera today for a provincial co-coordinating committee (PCC) meeting meant to address the confusion over the status of the Joel Biggie Matiza-led provincial executive.

This follows last Saturday's no confidence vote against Matiza passed by some members of the provincial executive led by deputy secretary for administration, Cainos Ngoshi, who accused him of undermining Provincial Affairs minister, Ambrose Mutinhiri and running the province like a private company, among other issues.

But hours after Matiza was ousted, another group reinstated the chairperson and his team, before passing a counter vote-of-no-confidence against Ngoshi and others including Marondera MP, Lawrence Katsiru.
