It was lesson time again for Kuwadzana East legislator, Nelson Chamisa during this week's questions without notice session in the National Assembly.
Leader of government business in the house, Vice President Emmerson Mnangagwa tore to shreds Chamisa's insinuations that the Vice President is losing sleep over the First Lady, Dr Grace Mugabe's rallies.
Dr Mugabe is set to meet the people in Mbare tomorrow, Mberengwa on Friday and Murehwa on Saturday, and has already visited other areas like the Cashel Valley in Manicaland where she helped revive the irrigation scheme in that area.
In the National Assembly this Wednesday, the MDC-T legislator was almost left on the line to dry out when Mnangagwa took the young legislator through life's basics on his enquiry about the First Lady's rallies.
Insinuations that the Mnangagwa is losing sleep over the rallies earned the youthful Chamisa not only a veiled sarcasm but also reminded him that Zanu PF business is for the party and not subject to MDC-T scrutiny.
The two have often clashed in parliament but the seasoned politician always walk off with the honours, while the youthful legislator often settle for an embarrassing retreat.
