Factionalism spills into government functions

Zanu-PF's seemingly unstoppable factional and succession wars are increasingly impacting negatively on the government's work.

The latest evidence of this scourge has emerged in Manicaland where Local Government deputy minister Christopher Chingosho has bluntly warned Makoni Rural District Administrator, William Mashava, to choose the right faction or risk losing his job.
