Zanu-PF women's league has accused party secretary for legal affairs Patrick Chinamasa for blocking the implementation of the conference resolution on the rise of s female vice president in the country.
Chinamasa who is believed to be in the Mnangagwa camp is being seen as reluctant to act on the resolution made at the Zanu-PF 2015 annual conference in Victoria Falls.
Zanu-PF spokesperson Simon Khaya Moyo said that he expected that Chinamasa, who also chairs the resolutions committee, would present his report at the next politburo meeting.
Sources say that Zanu-PF women's league is now growing increasingly frustrated by Chinamasa's casual approach in enforcing the resolution.
