Apologize to expelled Zanu-PF members, says Bhasikiti

Former Masvingo Provincial Affairs minister Kudakwashe Bhasikiti has challenged President Robert Mugabe to publicly apologize to all expelled and suspended Zanu-PF members instead of wasting resources asking them to appeal before a useless kangaroo court.

Bhasikiti said the expulsions were unwarranted and therefore it was of no use to ask victims to appeal after going through a humiliating ordeal.

He also urged Mugabe to apologize for the Gukurahundi massacres where at least 20 000 civilians were allegedly killed by a military unit unleashed to Midlands and Matebeleland provinces by the Zanu-PF government.
