Zanu PF youths have been spotted fighting for free t-shirts ahead of the One Million Man March in Harare.
South African Broadcasting Corporation (SABC) Zimbabwe correspondent Shingai Nyoka posted pictures of the scramble.
Harare has only 4000 police officials and it's not clear how many would be deployed for the march.
President Mugabe is expected to arrive around midday at the venue.
