Mugabe champion of free elections - Chinotimba says

ZANU PF legislator Joseph Chinotimba has claimed that President Robert Mugabe is a world class expert in conducting free and fair elections.
Chinotimba told parliament on Tuesday that due to Mugabe's brilliance on organising 'credible' elections many countries are now adopting the Zimbabwe model.
"There is no country or President who has the expert nature of conducting elections like President Mugabe," Chinotimba said.
He was contributing to a report on Tanzanian elections presented by Zimbabwe's election observe team.
"Firstly, we want to thank Zimbabwe for being able to be part of the observation teams.
"We really want to applaud Zimbabwe. This is because the Americans want to come and observe our elections and yet they do not want us to observe theirs.
"So, we want to condemn those who want to align with the West in conducting elections whilst we fail to go and observe elections. Like what has been said, the example of free and fair votes is being adopted from Zimbabwe".
