The Zanu PF National Chairman, Ambassador Simon Khaya Moyo says the party should reclaim all the seats lost to MDC in next year's elections.
Ambassador Moyo said this while addressing Zanu PF supporters during the Masvingo Provincial Inter-district Conference held at Masvingo Polytechnic College.
He said the inclusive government has out-lived its term and a people oriented government should replace it.
Ambassador Moyo urged Zanu PF legislators to represent the will of the people by developing the various areas they represent.
He added that legislators who do not serve the will of the people were bound to be re-called.
Ambassador Moyo denounced the imposition of candidates within the party, adding that people must be free to choose their representative.
Meanwhile, the Zanu PF provincial leadership in Masvingo has reiterated its support for President Robert Mugabe as the party's Presidential candidate ahead of next year's elections.
The province has also expressed its readiness for the party's 12th National People's Conference which runs from the 6th to the 10th of next month in Bulawayo.
In another Zanu PF story, the Zanu PF National Fundraising Committee has expressed satisfaction with the progress made so far in mobilising resources for the smooth hosting of the party's 12th Annual National People's Conference set for Bulawayo in December.
The committee expressed confidence that all that is required will be available by the 6th of December.
Chairman of the National Fundraising Committee, Noah Mangondo said the major highlight of the whole fundraising process is the dinner dance to be held this Wednesday.
"We will be having a fundraising dinner tomorrow [Wednesday] evening and we have lined up a lot of entertainment," said Mangondo.
Mangondo took the opportunity to pay tribute to the corporate world and other individuals who have responded positively to the calls for support, saying this will impact positively on the party's people oriented programmes.
Zanu PF's 12th Annual National People's Conference to be held in Bulawayo from the 6th to the 10th of December, is expected to attract over 6 000 delegates and will be held under the theme, "Defend national sovereignty, consolidate indigenisation and economic empowerment."
