The Zanu PF Politburo has lifted the suspension of Webster Shamu, Cde Francis Nhema and Cde Flora Bhuka.

This came out following today's Politburo meeting held at the ruling party's headquarters in Harare.

The three were suspended during the 2014 Zanu PF Congress for failing to tow party lines.

Announcing the lifting of the suspension, Zanu PF Secretary for Administration, Dr Ignatius Chombo said the three are free to contest any post in the party.

Dr Chombo also said the issue of the three suspended provincial chairpersons will be heard during the next Politburo meeting.

He added that preparations for the forthcoming Zanu PF National People's Conference to be held in Masvingo are going well and the revolutionary party has since raised substantial amount of money.

The Politburo also heard that all farmers under the command farming programme have since collected their inputs and are busy tilling the land waiting for the rains.
