Heavy rains pounded President Robert Mugabe birthday party venue last night with reports saying the place is muddy.
About 100000 Mugabe supporters are expected to gather at Rhodes Estate Preparatory School (Reps) in Matopo for hid 93 birthday bash.
Zanu PF secretary for youth affairs, Kudzi Chipanga is today quoted saying only tents had been set up for VIPs only.
"We had initially pitched tents for the VIPs and VVIPs, but we have put up tents for everyone in case it rains," Chipanga told state controlled Chronicle.
