Norton house of assembly member Temba Mliswa has incensed Twitter users after he said MDC have kissed the 2018 elections goodbye and youths are running away from them joining ZANU PF because they asked for sanctions instead of accelerating the economic recovery.
Mliswa tweeted, "MDC have kissed the 2018 election goodbye. Instead of asking for sanctions they should be asking for sanctions they should be asking for help to accelerate the economic recovery. They do not have anything to offer, no wonder why youths are running away to join ZANU PF."
A commenter identified as Steve tweeted, "You always been zanupf go back to your part quietly. Why is zanu pf refusing to constitutional reforms especially setting up provincial councils, diaspora vote.."
"Well dreamt Temba. Yikho at one point you made our Warriors to literally jump repeatedly over wooden school benches as part of training .Wake up and smell the coffee you're not the only vistor in Jerusalem," tweeted Ndaba Mokoena Ngwenya.
Another commenter believed Mliswa was enjoying his last days as a legislator proven by his thoughts.
"Enjoy the last days of ur power Sir. You're reflecting how clueless and dull you're, busy misinforming, leading people astray. You just lost a follower and a vote," tweeted Matthew N Kurima
