Plan by Zanu-PF to kill Matebeleland voice - MRP

Mthwakazi Republic Party has said through its security and intelligence office has unearthed a sinister plan by Zanu Pf to Kill the voice of Matebeleland.

The party said the plan include amongst other things, shutting and barring from the state media, any party or grouping that propagate the issues of Mthwakazi.

"ZAPU has been identified in this plan as a strategic instrument of killing Matebeleland voice. The plan will see the propelling of ZAPU and it's leader Dr Dumiso Dabengwa. It is not clear yet if Dabengwa is part of these Zanu Pf shenanigans. It will be a shame if he is part of this revised grand plan. We are tempted though, to suspect that he is in the know, considering the recent proclamations by the Zipra veterans of their undying support for Emmerson Mnangagwa," said MRP.

"This evil plan will see the financial funding of ZAPU by Zanu PF and the sprucing up of the personal profile of Dumiso Dabengwa, while those other, of Matebeleland who have been purged by the Mnangagwa administration must be soiled beyond redemption so that they don't add a credible political voice to Mthwakazi politics. The knots are coincidentally joining perfectly, on the speculation over the involvement of DD in this evil plan. In fact the Zipra ex fighters divulged to our sources five months ago that they were in talks with Emmerson Mnangagwa and Christopher Mutswangwa before Mnangagwa was fired. We also heard Dr DD talking about the imminance of a coup in Zimbabwe. He also took and defended Mutswangwa during the Joshua Nkomo Memorial lecture in South Africa. These are some of the pointers that justifies the likelihood of the authenticity of the information at our disposal."

MRP said the evil plan will also see the partisan use of traditional leadership in reigning the people of Matebeleland to the wishes of the Mnangagwa administration.

"The only difference is that, this time around, it wont be done with coercion, but through a theatrical and deliberate conferring of power and respect for traditional leaders. Mthwakazi Republic Party has been identified in this plan as the enemy number one, followed by other Mthwakazi political parties and Civic organizations. Mqondisi Moyo and his NEC have been put under the rudder and it has been arranged that his court case must be dragged to beyond 2018 elections as a way of taking the steam out of his leadership. According to our sources, the evil planners know and agree that he is innocent of the charges laid against him," said MRP.

"Mutswangwa is named as the architect and driver of this evil plan. It is also uncovered that the appointment of Isaac Moyo to head the CIO is strategically done with the intentions of quashing all the voices of Mthwakazi. MRP is saddened by this consistency of evil against the people of Matebeleland and the Midlands . We have had enough of the brutality of this Zanu Pf hatred of Mthwakazi people."

"We plead with Dr Dabengwa, if he is indeed a part of this plan, to pause and remember the trauma that our people have gone through over the three decades. He must remember the same agony that he went through in trying to convince Joshua Nkomo to shun the Unity Accord."

MRP said people of Mthwakazi, watch the space. It said the monster is coming.
