Insiza North legislator for Zanu PF, Andrew Langa, is under serge from colleagues in the party who want him out of the post and the ruling party is engaged in primary election processes.

Sources from Insiza have said Women's league lead by Patricia Nkomo, Zanu PF Provincial Chair lady, lobbies against Langa saying that its time up for him.

"Talking to women door to door she edges women to leave Andrew Langa alone because he promised a lot but could not fulfil anything to individuals that kept him into power for years," said the source.

"Only Andrew's family enjoyed life since 2002 when Langa got into power. She highlighted that most of the corruption that made people give ZANU PF vote of confidence was done by his family members."

The source said gone are the days to fear them and the perpetrators of violence were influenced by his family.

"Most of these people benefited T shirts resembling him. Their wealth is worth people's suffering taking away what was meant to benefit the people of Insiza. Women's league assures her the best outcome," said the source.
